Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 3rd day of August 2023 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

Per Addendum 1, t he Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 10th day of August 2023.

1. West Lafayette Campus - Purdue Memorial Union Rooms 231, 234 and 230 Renovation 2023.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on July 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room 231 of Purdue Memorial Union (PMU), located at 201 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN.
