Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time aloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on April 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. Please meet outside the main entrance to the north lobby of Griffin Hall, located at 2440 173rd St., Hammond, IN 46323. Bidders will be let into the building at 11:00 a.m. CDT.
