Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 26th day of October 2023 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 4 will be held on October 3, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EDT . The meeting will be held in Room B009 of the Purdue Memorial Union (PMU), located at 201 N. Grant St., West Lafayette, IN.
