Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project: West Lafayette Campus – Vawter Hall Switch Gear Relocation and Replacement - 2023, until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 5 th day of October 2023 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on September 26,2023 at 9:30 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in the East Conference Room of Smalley Center (SMLY), located at 1225 Third Street, West Lafayette, IN. Following the meeting there will be a project site visit.
