Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com. Documents returned in good condition within the time alloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 1st day of December, 2022 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 5. West Lafayette Campus – Herrick Acoustics Lab ACA-1 Replacement – 2022 A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 5 will be held on November 18, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held on site at the Herrick Acoustics Lab (HERL), located at 140 S. Martin Jischke Dr., West Lafayette, IN. Please meet at the East Entrance in the center of the building.
