Documents returned in good condition within the time alloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 1st day of December, 2022 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 4. West Lafayette Campus – Hansen Hall Germ Free Expansion Space Renovation – 2022 A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 4 will be held on November 15, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Room B048 of Hansen Hall (HANS), located at 201 S. University St., West Lafayette, IN.
