Documents returned in good condition within the time aloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 23rd day of February 2023 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

1. West Lafayette Campus – Physics Building Rooms 024, 122 and 225 Restroom Renovation – 2023

Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on February 17, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Physics Building (PHYS), located at 525 Northwestern Avenue, West Lafayette, IN. Please meet outside of Restroom 225.
