Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-23-Q-0007 as an RFQ



2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).



3) CLIN 0001 - Kids Youth Camp



4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Performance shall occur 19-23 June 2023.



5) Provide accommodations in permanent, hard-stand buildings that will adequately house up to 120 youth, 20 adult chaperones and/or additional support staff. Youth and adult chaperones must be housed together to ensure adequate supervision (1:15 ratio), while 15 support staff must be able to be housed separately from youth. Housing must be in weatherized and climate-controlled facilities that allow for the separation of youth by gender. Cabin/Dormitory style is preferred.



5.1) Provide meeting space indoors and locations that will accommodate the entire group together (during meals and large group activities) as well as 4 separate spaces that will accommodate smaller groups. Space must also be able to be transformed into smaller break out spaces, or alternate rooms and space available.



5.2) To secure meals breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snack for all full training days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and partial meals during travel days (Saturday, Sunday, Friday). Meals must be provided in climate controlled, indoor eating space. Hot and cold beverages during meals. Water available for drinking at all times through the duration of the event.



5.3) Provide Outdoor Recreation activities for youth.



5.4) The Contractor will provide First Aid supplies within reasonable distance of all accommodations & recreation areas, including but not limited to: bandages, gauze, cold/heat packs, etc. All staff shall be current on CPR/AED certification and shall be trained in water safety. AED shall be available on site.



6) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 within attachment 4 must be reviewed and checked.

8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.



9) FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, is applicable to this Solicitation.



10) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 01 May 2023. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.p.williams52.civ@army.mil.
