Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Awarded a NEW SOLE SOURCE contract with EQUINOX INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS INC. 8901 Herrmann DR STE C. This contract is for the acquisition of the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) autonomy framework equipment. This equipment will allow the Government to determine the nature and efficacy of counter autonomous techniques of various payloads via the evaluation of experimental performance of the Autonomous System.



Subject contract is a one-time purchase order awarded on 29 September 2023. The Government issued the award under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 4023 - Acquisition for Experimental or Testing Purposes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and a Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued.
