Description

**** This is NOT a solicitation**** This is a pre-solicitation notice only in compliance with FAR part 5.2.



The Indiana National Guard intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a contract in accordance with FAR 13 for Portable Chemical Toilets and Hand Wash Stations. The Service Contract Act applies. (see U.S department of labor website) We expect to publish a solicitation approximately 13 MAR 2024. This contract will support a large military training exercise located at CAMP ATTERBURY, EDINBURGH INDIANA 46124 from April 10th through May 10th 2024 ONLY. The Government will provide, without cost to the contractor, access to the waste treatment facility located at Camp Atterbury. On-site water is available at an approved location provided for the Contractor.



Hand Wash Stations = 127 deliveries, 127 removals,127 rentals, 3357 cleaning services. (min requirement of 10 cleanings or trip charge will apply)



Portable Chemical Toilets = 292 deliveries, 292 removals, 292 rentals, 7365 servies, (Min requirement of 10 cleanings or trip charge will apply.
