Abstract SIR- Water Treatment Services for Hot Water & Steam Boilers, Chillers & Cooling Towers at Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZID ARTCC), Indianapolis, Indiana:

The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Water Treatment Services at the Federal Aviation Administration, Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZID ARTCC), Indianapolis, Indiana, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.

There is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 325998 -- All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing 500.

Contractors interested in attending the site visit will be required to notify one of the site visit POCs in writing of their interest in attending and provide their name, phone number, email address, and name of company they will be representing, and the names of all individuals who will be attending the site visit, prior to the date of the site visit.

All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the statement of work, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Randie Thornton at randie.n.thornton@faa.gov. TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The requestor must provide a company name, point-of-contact name, address and telephone number; as well as a return e-mail address. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. Final questions regarding this RFO are due by June 5, 2023, by 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CST).
