Description

The Indiana National Guard (INARNG) United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting (P&C) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in providing eighteen Black Hawk seat cushions. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurement is 336413. Size Standard 1,250.



THERE IS NO POSTED SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals: submission of any information in response to the market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.



If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the needed supplies, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization/ and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.



The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to meet the requirements for the seat cushions.



BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.



Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the above-listed Black Hawk seat cushions are invited to submit a response to the Sources Sought Notice by 05/17/2023. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to SHERI.R.HERRIN.CIV@ARMY.MIL



The specific requirement for this effort is below:



Airworthiness Release (AWR) for UH-60A/L/M, HH-60M, and UH-60V Helicopters Equipped with Oregon Aero Seat Cushions (AWR 1309)





Scope: This memorandum authorizes operation with the Oregon Aero Pilot Seat Cushions, P/N 34H60B0W and 31H60012-001 (thin seat back), on UH-60A/L/M helicopters, and Observer (Crew Chief/Gunner) Seat Cushions, P/N 30H600OF, installed on UH-60A/L helicopters. Additionally, the seat back cushions 6A-0237-101 and -103, and seat bottom cushions 6A-0238-101 and -103, are authorized for UH/HH-60M and UH-60V. This AWR ensures safety compatibility with the host aircraft. This AWR does not ensure durability and performance of the equipment.





Validity: This AWR is terminated upon changes in configuration of the subject



equipment, upon issuance of a later AWR, or 1 Sep 23, whichever occurs first.
