Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Home Sleep Apnea Test

Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN, intends to negotiate an open market sole source contract under FAR (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This requirement represents an urgent and compelling request for a medical device where delay in the award would cause patient harm and there is medical justification to support the need.
