This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, and delivery shall be completed 30 Days -Required Number of calendar days after receipt of order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bid Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Rd. South Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award.
