Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation and there will be no resulting contract/order as a direct result of this notice. Requests for information regarding the solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government. The Government intends to release a solicitation for this requirement on or about January 24, 2023. This pre-solicitation announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
Requirement: Office of Connected Care (OCC) Connected Care Integrated Network (CCIN)
Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C10G-23-R-0007
Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for connected care integrated network support services for VA's nation-wide Connected Care Program (also referred to as "Telehealth" care). The CCIN requirement consists of (1) Product Ordering, Inventory, and Asset Management (2) Help Desk Support (3) Application Development and Remediation, (4) Infrastructure and Architecture Support. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor shall provide support services in the following functional areas (FAs): (1) Product Ordering, Inventory, and Asset Management (2) Help Desk Support (3) Application Development and Remediation, (4) Infrastructure and Architecture Support. The period of performance is anticipated to be five-years from the date of award, with two 1-year performance-based optional ordering periods.
The Government issued a preliminary Special Notice on November 22, 2022 with a closing date of December 1, 2022. In order to maintain communication with Industry, the questions received in response to the Special Notice are attached to this Presolicitation Notice.
The updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Attachment 3 CCIN Product List for the CCIN requirement are attached to this Presolicitation Notice.
