This combined synopsis/solicitation, W912L923R0009, is being issued as a small business set-aside Request for Quotation.

Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees.

The Indiana Army National Guard has a requirement for physical security unit, storage room caging. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract.

Requirements: Due to system errors, documents are not able to be attached at this time. However, the attachments can be sent via email if requested at carl.j.kuhlman.civ@army.mil. The attachments will be handed out at the required site visit mentioned below.

Evaluations Factors: Award will be made based on Best Value where Technical (Ability of Product to meet weight and security requirements), Past Performance, Warranty of products, and price will be the evaluation factors for this purchase.

All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information.

A site visit is planned for 2 Feb, 2023 at 10:30AM (Eastern) at the following location:

The contractor shall field verify all the given information and confirm all quantities, measurements and data prior to biding the project. Failure show up to the site visit on the above date, at the above location is grounds for dismissal of bid. All vendors interested in submitting a quote must have representation in attendance, and we request the courtesy of notification that you are planning on attending.

Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting of Indiana no later than 9 Mar, 2023, 12:00pm (Eastern). Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.

In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardees shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and be in good standing. Offers may obtain information on registration at www.sam.gov . Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration.

Place of Contract Performance is the same as location of site visit.
