The goal of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Terre Haute Air National Guard Base, 181 Intelligence Wing located at 900 S. Petercheff Street Terre Haute, IN 47803 intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to perform “Bldg 38 Renovations”.
The purpose of this requirement is to utilize government provided designs/specs/drawings to renovate the 13,841 SF building 38 located at the 181st Intelligence Wing in Terre Haute, IN. The building renovation work incudes removing and replacing the HVAC system, replacement of carpeting, construct new walls, supporting electrical, security and fire protection work and some exterior wall and soffit work. A portion of the facility will be upgraded to a ICD 705 compliant space.
The magnitude of this project is between between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing via a single PDF, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 21 Feb 2023 at 1:00PM EST.
This notification, which shall not exceed seven typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form, and (3) a listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract
number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. (5) Single project & total aggregate bonding capability in the form of a letter from the surety.
In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
