The 122nd Fighter Wing seeks a capable and reliable small business contractor for our upcoming Strong Bonds event, which is currently scheduled from September 1 to September 3, 2023. We would like our event to be held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Examples of hotels we are interested in are Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel and Omni Severin Hotel.

Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement for a more detailed outline of the event specifications. When submitting a quote for this project, contractors are asked to provide a clear breakdown of all costs, with each line item individually stated. The breakdown should be formatted as a spreadsheet for ease of comparison and review.

In accordance with FAR 13.106, the quotes will undergo a comparative evaluation to determine which quote is the best overall solution for the government in terms of high technical capability, while also providing a competitive price. Quotes will be evaluated by performing a direct comparison of one quote with another in a uniform manner to determine which quote best provides the government with its needs. The government reserves the right to consider a response that offers more than the minimum and select that response if it provides a benefit to the government. The government has the discretion to select other than the lowest priced quote that provides additional benefits. The government reserves the right to select a response that provides benefit to the Government that exceeds the minimum but is not required to do so. Responses may exceed requirements.
