Project Name and Location: Minton-Capehart Federal Building Garage Deck Repairs at 575 Pennsylvania Ave Indianapolis, Indiana.

Project Summary Description: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to contract the procurement for addressing notable Parking garage deterioration. Due to recent accelerating garage deterioration, GSA has contracted and maintained a quarterly structural inspection via a separate contract that currently runs through 2024. As a result of these inspections, various repairs are identified, and GSA evaluates results and takes action on the various recommendations from the structural engineer. The goal of the project is to perform garage deck repairs to allow continued use of the structure. Repairs include but is not limited to:

· Multiple varying depth repairs to garage deck itself,

· Reconstruction of garage deck beam(s),

· Repair or reconstruction of garage deck column connection(s),

· Expansion joint replacement,

· Mechanicals management to support concrete work,

· Reconstruction of several garage deck drains,

· Sealing new concrete,

· Re-striping of garage deck once concrete repairs complete.

Majority of the work will be performed while the buildings are occupied and there could be small portions that will be completed outside normal operating hours.

The performance period is 90 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about June 2023. The estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. No other information is available at this time.

Do you have bonding capability to cover 100% of the construction cost? Include three projects completed within the last five years similar in size and scope to the work described above.
