Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement

Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, intends to negotiate an open market sole source contract under FAR (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Only One Responsible Source for the brand name proprietary reagent kits listed below, as they are only available through the original equipment manufacturer.
