NOTICE: THIS SOLICITATION IS RESERVED FOR THE 12445522A0001-0040: Forest Service, Northeast Zone Facilities Construction and Maintenance BPA
Contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to:
Removal and disposal of a the existing 57” deep x 67” wide x 146” long concrete tank (shown above).
• Installation of a new 1800 or 1850 Gallon concrete cistern in the same location as the existing one.
• Installation of a 1” water line right of the tank (pictured above) to a frost-free hydrant approximately 210 feet. Includes one shutoff valve 3 feet from the cistern wall.
• Installation of a second 1” water line off the left of the tank that will tee off to two frost free hydrants approximately 410 feet total (See Site Map). Includes one shutoff valve 3 feet from the cistern wall.
• The water lines will be buried a minimum of 30 inches deep.
• There are 9 existing water hydrants/faucets and appurtenances that will be removed and are shown on the site plan.
