The signage at the Ft Wayne VANIHCS campus needs to be standardized and updated after years of construction and remodeling. VANIHCS has a recurring need for wayfinding design and information sharing. Wayfinding services includes the analysis of the traffic flow of the facility, uniquely tailored signage design that considers the special needs of VANIHCS users, strategic sign placement based on the results of the flow analysis, and new or replacement of signage components. The wayfinding solution is crucial to the Veterans experience at the VANIHCS. Wayfinding solutions are not just signs, they are the analysis, design and implementation of a comprehensive system that enables users including Veterans, their families, and medical center personnel to navigate through new and unfamiliar surroundings quickly and easily. VANIHCS is looking to incorporate new electronic directories and maps wayfinding solutions and upgrade exterior electric signs.
