Description

This is a market survey seeking potential companies that can provide equipment and services required for the modification of the Integrated Control and Monitoring System (ICMS) for the inclusion of Runway 23L Instrument Landing System (ILS) at Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, Indiana.



This system has been designed to enhance safety, reliability and operational effectiveness of the entire air traffic control system. The equipment and services include, but are not limited to the following:



1. Provide engineering services to update the as-built documentation for the Indianapolis ICMS drawing package by rewiring the current ICMS interfaces to the existing Thales 420 ILS Glide Slope (GS) and a new Thales 420 ILS Localizer (LOC) on Runway 23L along with updating the concentrator configuration files.



2. Remove Runway 23L MK-1F ICMS CSU Circuit Card Assemblies (CSUCCA) Panel from the ICMS.



3. Rewire Indianapolis ICMS interface for Runway 23L to interface the new Thales 420 Localizer.



4. Perform site acceptance test of the new ICMS interface for the Thales 420 ILS on Runway 23L.



5. Provide updated as-built documentation for Indianapolis ICMS drawing package.
