Provide Administrative Support Services at locations in Illinois and Indiana: General Clerk II (1) Minton-Capehart Federal Building 575 N. Pennsylvania Street Indianapolis, IN 46204; General Clerk II (2) Birch Bayh Federal Building & US Courthouse 46 East Ohio Street Indianapolis, IN 46204; General Clerk III (3) Melvin Price Federal Building & USCH, 750 Missouri Ave, East St Louis, IL 62201; and General Clerk III (4) Hammond Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN 46320.
The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide administrative support services as described within the Statement of Work.
There is no direct employee-employer relationship between the contractor employees and the federal
government under this contract. The contractor shall provide supervision of the contract personnel provided. The Contractor shall ensure the availability of technically qualified personnel who possess the minimum requirements of the labor category, as specified in statement of work.
The performance period for this requirement is a one year base with four (4) one-year options. The estimated start date is May 1, 2024.
This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for HUBZONE Small Businesses. The resulting solicitation for these services will be procured under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 561110 with Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. This is a negotiated, best value procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on price and non-price factors. The solicitation will be available on or about September 27, 2023 actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download through the SAM.gov website. All interested vendors must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov ) in order to download the solicitation and amendments. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring SAM for amendments and/or additional information. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
The current contractor is Apache Homelands LLC, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The current monthly price is $17,402.72. These specifications are performance based, it is the responsibility of the offeror to review the entire solicitation and base their proposal on the forthcoming solicitation.
