Description

The United States Coast Guard is seeking to lease 1,500-2,200 BOMA Rentable Square Feet, yielding a minimum of 1,500 BOMA Usable Square Feet of secure office space on one contiguous floor, to house Coast Guard Recruiting Command personnel. This space should have the capability to house 5 to 8 personnel during a standard workday. It will also need to contain a kitchenette, storage area, IT closet, and unisex bathroom. Space should be near Public Transportation. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 7/31/2023. DELINEATED AREA: All properties offered to the Government in conjunction with this requirement must be located within the Castleton area, Zip 46250, Marion County, Indiana and within the following delineated area: bounded on the west by Allisonville Road, bounded on the east by Hague Road, bounded on the north by E. 96th Street and bounded by the south by E. 75th Street. LEASE TERM: 1 year lease with 4 options to renew.
