The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing combined synopsis solicitation RFQ 15B41823Q00000016 for the provision of Life Connections Program – General Christian Spiritual Guide. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a requirements contract with a firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual based on Price, Past Performance and meets the requirements per the Statement of Work that represents the best value to the Government. The Credentials of Religious Services Contractor BOP form BP-A0778 and the Past Performance questionnaire must be completed along with the RFQ and submitted to mpgibson@bop.gov, sballinger@bop.gov, or msherfick@bop.gov by the closing date, March 16, 2023. The contract base period will be from months May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 with a possibility of four (4) option years. The contractor will provide up to 30 estimated hours each week of religious instruction. A session is defined as one (1) hour per day.
