The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO 10) is seeking to acquire Industrial Hygienist Services to include specific procedures and practices for the identification and analysis of hazardous-materials and physical agents in the workplace from the Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Marion, Indiana; Mishawaka, Indiana; Muncie, Indiana, Peru, Indiana; and Defiance, OH to the Department of Veterans Affairs NIHCS, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The contractor shall provide all management, equipment, tools, sampling media, sampling equipment and labor necessary to perform all tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements to satisfy applicable guidance documents dealing with the recognition, evaluation, and control of workplace factors or stresses that may cause sickness, impaired health, and well-being or significant discomfort and inefficiency among workers.

The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be March 24, 2023, with a due date of March 31, 2023. Questions must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer no later than 13:00 pm EDT March 27, 2023.
