Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, fuel, vehicles, transportation, communication, management, supervision, and quality control required to perform the specified herbicide application, including broad-spectrum and broadleaf application services at Brookville Lake. The specified services shall be performed in strict accordance with these specifications and exhibits, and all other terms, conditions, clauses and provisions contained herein or incorporated by reference. This includes all mandatory provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), whether referenced or not, current at time of award. The Contractor’s performance and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspections necessary to ensure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The Contractor is

required to attend a pre-performance meeting to be scheduled by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
