Description

The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD issued a Firm Fixed Price delivery order, N0001923F0431, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0009 to Undersea Sensor Systems Inc. for 36 Acoustic Communications (ACOMMS) Sonobuoy Prototypes and an option for an additional 36 ACOMMS Sonobuoy Prototypes for Fiscal year 2024.



This procurement was procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
