Description

VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System Fort Wayne Campus, Indiana has a requirement for removing

and replacing the air handler units and condensing units servicing the Utility Room and the Laboratory.



Background



Ft. Wayne AHU’s, Condensers, and Chiller Units have exceeded their operational limits and are beyond

what can be repaired by scheduled maintenance. A need for installing new HVAC systems has been

identified to maintain a regular and conditioned air supply for its continuous use and for indirectly

affecting scheduled patients.



Scope



The vendor will supply a highly specialized Air Handler Units, Condensers, and Chiller Units to ensure

proper conditioned air supply to the Utility Room and the Laboratory
