Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.



Supply/Service needed: support services and meals in support of the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet Leadership program at the Ransburg Scout Reservation. Period of Performance is 27 Mar 2023 - 01 Apr 2023.



The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to the firm of Crossroads of America Council Boy Scouts of America Inc., 7125 Fall Creek Road N, Indianapolis, IN 46256. , under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.



All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement not later than 4:00 pm, Feb 27, 2022 (EST).
