Description

The purpose of this Purchase Order is to provide redundant cooling due to multiple HVAC system failures

at the FBI Indianapolis location including one critical system server room failure which closed

and compromised operations for Indianapolis and satellite locations. In addition to the concern of any

potential imminent system failures, the HVAC is currently operating on just one chiller with the backup

chiller out of service and in need of repair. The lease requires a 24/7 redundant system that will

accommodate all 24-hour HVAC Dedicated Areas. This urgent request is centered on delivery of a chiller which

can be set up and installed upon a given notice.
