Description
The Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 has a requirement for EMS Document Shredding and PKI Removal. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The VA anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract on or about October 2, 2023, for a base and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service if all options are exercised. No telephone request will be accepted.
Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 12, 2023. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.Sam.gov.
All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: Tracy.Granger@va.gov no later than September 14, 2023, by 1 pm EDT.
Quotations are due no later than 1:00 pm (EDT) on September 19, 2023, by email Tracy.Granger@va.gov or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO 10), 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 49240 NAICS 561990 applies. Size standards $16.5 Million.
