**NOTICE of SOURCES SOUGHT**

DFAS, Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources, capability statements, and Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates for CFO publications and marketing materials consulting support. Responses from all qualified and experienced sources including small businesses, 8(a) small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and Women-owned small businesses are encouraged to respond to the Notice.

The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise in CFO type publications and marketing materials consulting support for the Department of Defense, including:

1. Designing the Annual Financial Report (AFR) for a DoD agency


2. Designing internal and external marketing materials (e.g. catalogs, fact sheets, pamphlets)


3. Developing CFO messaging for internal and external to the agency consumption


4. Virtual consulting engagement opportunities

The capabilities’ statement should include recent and relevant contracts (last 3 years), including the contract number, dollar value, period of performance, and scope of the work.
