Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 1st day of December, 2022 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

10. West Lafayette Campus – Wildlife Ecology Research Facility Emergency Generator Installation – 2022

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 10 will be held on November 17, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held on site at the Wildlife Ecology Research Facility (WERF), located at 8000 Indiana 26 W, West Lafayette, IN. Please meet at the Main Entrance of the facility. Following the meeting, attendees will be given the opportunity to “walk” the project site.
