Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com. Documents returned in good condition within the time alloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 8th day of December 2022 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 2. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 2 will be held on November 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST. This pre-bid walk-through meeting will be held in person at Earhart Hall (ERHT), located at 1275 First St., West Lafayette, IN. Please meet at the entrance to the Dining Court.
