Documents returned in good condition within the time alloted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 8th day of December 2022 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 6. West Lafayette Campus – Hovde Hall ACA-1 Chilled Water Coil Replacement - 2022 A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 6 will be held on November 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held at Hovde Hall (HOVD), located at 610 Purdue Mall, West Lafayette, IN. Please meet at the southwest entrance to the building.
