This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 15B41823Q00000010 and is issued as a Request For Quote unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation is for the requirements of: PASSOVER Food Items. This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, and delivery shall be completed 30 Days -Required Number of calendar days after receipt of order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award.
